On June 27, CIPE Europe & Eurasia organized an Advocacy and Coalition Building workshop, bringing together representatives from Armenian and Georgian business membership organizations.

The event saw twenty-two participants from sectors such as finance, construction, IT, retail, tourism, farming, and international chambers of commerce.

Facilitated by Maya Eristavi, CIPE Georgia Country Director, and Ruben Sarukhanyan, an expert in Economic Policy and Research, the workshop delved into practical and theoretical aspects of advocacy. Discussions focused on effective public-private dialogue frameworks, sustainable coalition building, and grassroots mobilization.

In addition to expert-led theoretical sessions, participants engaged in interactive discussions, examined advocacy support tools, and identified key drivers and barriers to effective coalition building within their sectors. The workshop provided a platform for exchanging insights on recent coalition-building efforts in #Armenia and #Georgia, including best practices shared by Georgian association representatives.
